Latar Belakang: Skabies merupakan penyakit infeksi ektoparasit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia. Terdapat perbedaan pola peresepan atau terapi berbagai fasilitas kesehatan.
 Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui kesesuaian skabies terhadap Panduan Praktik Klinis (PPK) Puskesmas Songgon, Banyuwangi.
 Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analisis deskriptif dengan studi retrospektif. melihat data rekam medik pasien secara acak diagnosis dari bulan Februari sampai Mei 2021 Hasil Secara keseluruhan, terdapat 7 diberikan pada skabies, sesuai PPK hanya 2 jenis obat (28%), penyimpangan yaitu 5 (72%). Didapatkan 22 responden (56%) mendapatkan salep 2-4, 16 (41%) permethrine 5%, 1 (3%) tidak lini definitif untuk skabies. Angka ketidaksesuaian sebesar 3% terkait skabies.
 Kesimpulan: Terapi Banyuwangi belum (PPK).
